Resident Appreciation Week

Local radio station provided MC, food and music. Invited local vendors; cable/phone, Y, Girls and Boys Club, Credit Unions, Banks, Youth for Christ, Parks & Recreation, Kool Smiles, Wendy from Wendys. Vendors set up displays, handed out info/brochures and logo items. There were door prizes and games. Everybody loved it!

Because i have a senior community no one once to feel as if they have lost there independence therefore games such as rumnmy 500,spades,uno,bananza name that tune etc should be implemented to get a since of youth. we would have picnic tables along the side walks with games set up at each table and a winning jack pot for the first person who beats all the tables along with music,food,and an area for the pets to get groomed and walked. At the end of the event all residents would recieve a certificate of appreciation for being a resident at your community. Your jack pot can consist of a free shampoo of the whole apartment,gift card of any sort or whatever your budget allows for.

Host an event to encourage your residents to dispose of unwanted personal financial and confidential documents for free. This is a great spring event after tax time, a perfect beginning of the year event to create a fresh start; really this event is perfect for any time of the year. This is a great way to show your residents that you appreciate them.

Pick a day to allow your residents to pull up to the clubhouse and "we'll top-off your windshield wiper fluid" We were able to have local car wash/oil change places donate windshield wiper fluid. We also disturbuted their coupons to our residents! Please drive carefully this winter and thank you for choosing us to call your home!

We had a different event each day for the residents one week out of the year. All though we make sure they feel special all year long. Day 1 - Breakfast on the Go with a bag w/ juice, Otis Spunkmeyer Muffin and the morning paper...of course we slipped in the bag a note about our Resident Referral Program too Day 2 - Pizza at The Mail Center - As they came home to check their mail we had Free Single Serving Pizzas delivered by a local Pizza Restaurant that we Cross Marketed with Day 3 - We set up a car wash station and washed their cars as they came home (We had a car wash on site) Day 4 - We had a local Spa offer manicures and massages in our office for free (We cross marketed with this Spa so this was Free for the 4...
