Apartment Marketing

We hold a bi-annual Community Yard Sale. We put an advertisement in the local paper, post signs, and rent tables. We simply ask our residents to RSVP so we know how many tables to rent. The day of the sale, they come out, sell their items and keep the money they earn. We have done 3 now, and attendance by residents and others has increased each time. This is also a great way to introduce the property to prospects, who see the property, and see one of our many Resident Events!

I invited several vendors around our community and had them to set up thier wares inside severl vacant/ready apartments. Guest were invited via email(e-vite invitation) as well as flyers distrubuted by the various vendors attending the event.All guests were required to sign in at the office and recieve a pass to be stamped from each vendor and return to the office for a drawing of prizes provided by the vendors in attendance.
