Children-Friendly Events
We have a HOT Breakfast set up for Residents to walk through buffet style. We switch up the menu every year but usually have pancakes, sausage, biscuits and gravy with assorted other items. We have done cookies with hot chocolate and/or hot apple cider as a side just in case someone doesn't want breakfast.
Santa and Mrs. Claus wander around the clubhouse and greet the residents, ask the kids what they want for Christmas. They sit down at their chairs by the fireplace and Christmas Tree for Pictures. It is a huge success and we have had nothing but good things said about us for it! We even have had comments posted on apartmentratings about this event!
It is not only a great way for us to get to know our tenants better but also a way for them to get to know each other. The holidays are a great time to do this since everyone is in a holiday mood!
Last year we added a food drive. We asked everyone to bring a pantry item to donate to the local food bank. We had great results and the food bank was thrilled with the food they received.

This was a great event! My son loved getting to see Santa and Mrs. Claus. We will definitely be around for the next time!
I took my son to this last year and he loved it even though he was scared of Santa!
Great Place to Live
We have lived in Lexington Ridge for 5 plus years and attended all Xmas parties and we can attest to the fact they were very yummie!!! Also Amanda and Jason are excellant people to have as Manager and Maintenance people. Always friendly and always helpfull with any problems.
I couldn't have found a better place to live
When I decided to transfer to Lincoln this was the first complex I looked at and it was mainly because of Amanda that I came back after looking at other locations....she made me feel welcome. I have now lived here 2 1/2 years and don't plan to leave anytime soon. Amanda and Jason are great and do everything they can to make this complex a wonderful place to live. The Santa Breakfast is just one of the many things they do to make the residents feel welcome and at home!
