When most people think of outreach marketing, they often don't pull their existing residents into the mix!  So for this event, pick a resident who works for a larger company that might also be a good outreach marketing target.  Order a cookie cake, edible arrangement, or something you know the resident likes and can share with his or her co-workers. Personally deliver the goodies with a card signed by the staff to the resident and thank them for being a resident. The resident will definitely be surprised, and his or her co-workers will surely ask questions about the special delivery. Make sure to stick a few flyers on the goodies you decide to give to the resident so they can share those too.

Before delivering the goodies make sure it is okay to show up at your resident’s place of employment you don’t want to cause any problems for your resident. This is good resident retention and a great outreach marketing campaign!
