You can take this one step further by cross marketing with those same vendors and making a Club Card. Get those vendors to offer exclusive deals to your residents and put their logos and offers on the back of nice club card that you can give to your residents at renewal and move in. You can sell this as an amenity in your presentation to your prospects as well. Your Community Logo and information would be on the front of the business card (Club Card) and all the vendors' logos and what they offer would be on the back of the card.
