TMZ is an incredibly popular celebrity gossip show that highlights what’s going on with movie stars, athletes, and other notable people, with an interesting mix of commentary from the TMZ staff. For this event, have your office team dress up like different members of the TMZ staff (who are popular in their own right), while your residents can dress up like any celebrity they want!

But this is more than just a costume party! Not only are you and your residents wearing a costume, but they are also playing the part of that specific person. This means that every person on your staff should be carrying a camera or video recorder to “interview” the resident celebrities! Of course, these videos and pictures should be plastered all over your Facebook Page over the next couple of weeks, as well!
