I Love this idea!!!! I will be doing this one! It sounds like a ton of FUN! We have a video library also for the residents. I am going to have them place which movies they want me to purchase in a box at the end of the night as well. Thanks for the idea!

I like the week long aspect of this event instead of spreading each event over the course of the year. It will make this and event to remember for the residents. We will have to try this one at our property.

So many families are affected by Autism I think the charitable event will bring awareness and prospects who want to live at a property that actually cares. Kudos!

I like the idea. I think you could have a safety focus for the community or you could present an opportunity for the residents to promote their businesses. It is always good to network for public relations as well as sales. You might find more participation if people could see the opportunity for them to market their business. People like to buy from people they know.

I love this idea for resident move night, it can be done on a budget and parents will have an idea they can take to use at a kids party of their own. Very cute.

I love this idea...I have a famiy property that has very little money, so this works great for me.

We host a customer appreciation day each month, so they can exchange cards on this day if they want...

Plus, I purchased a bingo game at Walmart and copied the cards to make them bigger, so I can just hand them out this way...for a low budget the cost of the game was like $15.00 amd the copying of the cards were free becasue I did that in my office...
