Be a Tourist! Hot

I always find it interesting when I visit people in different cities, and I ask them about the tourist points in the city, many of them surprisingly have never actually been to them! It kind of makes sense, as people never think about doing “touristy” things when they live in that very city.

But I think that would be a really interesting opportunity for an event! Rent a shuttle bus for the day, and hit the town, checking out the obvious tourist places, as well as the not so obvious. Not only is a great way to do something active with your residents, but it also gives you an opportunity to get some fantastic local landmark pictures along with them! Post them on your website, on your Facebook Page, and in your leasing office for maximum effect.

Note: I used the "big" tourist spots as examples, and frankly, those may not be the best, as they probably have a higher level of people already having seen them.
