Balloons will have prizes associated with the colors. Prizes range from gift cards to goodie bags. Water Balloons will be placed in a very tall wire built cage with skewers holding them in place. When a person removes the a skewer and a colored balloon falls and bursts they will receive a prize that coincides with the color of the balloon.
